Hi! I'm Jess Moreno. A nature enthusiast and animal lover in my free time. I have many joys in life that I love to share but my main passion is for sharing the healing arts with others.
Through my own health journey, I discovered the power of holistic healing. I began mediating, using breathwork, working with my energy and changing my mindset. My transformation was undeniable and took me down a whole new way of living which is why I do what I do today. Watching myself heal from years of chronic pain and release deep rooted emotions made me realize we all have the power within to heal. This is why I'm passionate about helping others create lasting healing. I believe in you!
